This information is entered by the user to manage customers, repairs, sales and invoices.

Device Photos

The app may allow users to capture or select device/repair photos. These photos may be stored locally and, when cloud synchronization is enabled, uploaded to Firebase Cloud Storage.

Activity Logs

The app records important business actions, such as creating invoices, adding stock, completing repair jobs and making sales, to provide an Activity Log feature.

Activity logs are retained for up to 30 days and are automatically deleted after the retention period.

2. How We Use Information

We use collected information to:

provide account authentication;

manage shop and customer information;

manage inventory, sales, invoices and repair jobs;

synchronize data between devices;

provide backup/cloud storage functionality;

provide Activity Logs;

provide customer-requested features such as sharing information through WhatsApp;

process Pro subscriptions;

display advertisements;

maintain and improve app security and reliability.

3. Third-Party Services

We use third-party services provided by Google, including:

Firebase Authentication — account authentication.

Cloud Firestore — cloud database and synchronization.

Firebase Cloud Storage — storage of uploaded images and files.

Google AdMob — displaying advertisements. Depending on configuration, consent and device settings, AdMob may process advertising identifiers, device/account identifiers, app interactions, diagnostic information and related data for advertising, measurement and fraud prevention.

Google Play Billing — processing subscriptions and in-app purchases.

Payments are processed through Google Play's billing system.

4. Data Storage and Synchronization

The app stores certain information locally on the user's device using local storage/database technology to support offline functionality.

When cloud synchronization is enabled or the user is signed in, relevant data may be synchronized with Firebase.

5. Data Retention

Activity Logs are retained for up to 30 days and automatically deleted after that period.

Other account and business data is generally retained until the user deletes their account, subject to legitimate legal, security, fraud-prevention or regulatory requirements.

6. Account and Data Deletion

Users can delete their account through:

Settings → Delete Account

When an account is deleted, we delete the associated account and cloud data that we control, including associated business records and uploaded files, subject to any data that we are legally required to retain.

7. Data Export

Users can export supported business data to CSV for their own records.

8. Data Security

We use appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect information, including security features provided by Firebase and encryption for data in transit and at rest.

However, no method of electronic storage or transmission is completely secure.

9. Children's Privacy

Mobile Shop Manager is intended for business users and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

10. Data Sharing

We do not sell users' personal information.

Information may be processed by service providers described in this policy when necessary to provide app functionality, including Firebase, Google AdMob and Google Play services.

11. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page and the "Last Updated" date will be updated.
