Terms of Service for Mobile Shop Manager

Welcome to Mobile Shop Manager. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Mobile Shop Manager mobile application ("App", "Service", "we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the App.

1. Description of Service

Mobile Shop Manager is a business management tool designed to help mobile phone technicians, repair shops, and mobile retailers manage their business activities.

Depending on the features available in your version of the App, the Service may include:

• Repair job management

• Customer and device records

• Sales and quick invoices

• Inventory and stock management

• Product and parts management

• Expenses and business records

• Activity history and logs

• CSV data export

• Cloud synchronization and backup features

• Other business management tools that may be added or updated from time to time

The App may store certain information locally on your device and may optionally synchronize data with cloud services when you are signed in and cloud synchronization is enabled.

2. User Accounts

To use certain features, you may be required to create an account.

You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information when creating your account.

• Keep your account credentials secure.

• Not knowingly share your account credentials with unauthorized persons.

• Be responsible for activities performed through your account.

If you believe your account has been accessed without authorization, please contact us using the support information provided below.

3. Your Data and Your Responsibility

You retain ownership of the business and customer information that you enter into the App.

You are responsible for:

• Ensuring that the information you enter is accurate.

• Having appropriate permission or legal authority to store customer information.

• Using customer information in accordance with applicable privacy and data protection laws.

• Maintaining appropriate backups of important business information.

The App may provide CSV export and cloud synchronization features to help you preserve your information. However, you should regularly maintain your own backup of important business records.

We are not responsible for data loss resulting from device failure, accidental deletion, unauthorized access to your account, improper use of the App, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

You agree not to use the App to store or transmit unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or otherwise prohibited content.

4. Pro Version, Subscriptions and Payments

Certain features of the App may be available only to users with a paid Pro subscription or purchase.

Payments for digital subscriptions or purchases made through the App are processed using Google Play Billing.

Subscription pricing, billing frequency, trial periods (if offered), renewal terms, and available features will be displayed in the App or through Google Play before purchase.

Subscriptions may automatically renew unless cancelled according to the applicable Google Play subscription terms.

You can manage or cancel a Google Play subscription through your Google Play account's subscription management settings. Cancellation generally stops future renewals but may not result in a refund for the current billing period, except where required by applicable law or Google Play's refund policies.

Refund requests are handled in accordance with applicable Google Play refund policies and applicable laws. Depending on the circumstances, you may request assistance from Google Play or contact us regarding a purchase issue.

5. Advertisements

The free version of Mobile Shop Manager may display advertisements provided by third-party advertising services, including Google AdMob.

Advertising availability and presentation may change from time to time.

Information relating to advertising and the processing of advertising-related data is described in our Privacy Policy.

6. Account Deletion

You may request deletion of your Mobile Shop Manager account through the account deletion feature provided in the App.

When an account is deleted, we will delete associated account data and other data that we control, subject to any information that we are legally required or legitimately permitted to retain for purposes such as legal compliance, security, fraud prevention, or regulatory requirements.

Account deletion may be permanent and may result in the loss of access to your account and associated business information.

You should export any information you wish to retain before deleting your account.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the App for unlawful or fraudulent activities.

• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App, its systems, or another user's account.

• Interfere with the operation or security of the Service.

• Reverse engineer, modify, or misuse the App except where permitted by applicable law.

• Use the App to violate the privacy or rights of other individuals.

• Upload or store content that is unlawful or prohibited by applicable law.

We may restrict or terminate access to the Service where reasonably necessary to protect the App, our users, or our systems, or where required by law.

8. Accuracy of Business Records

Mobile Shop Manager is a management and record-keeping tool.

We do not guarantee that invoices, calculations, reports, stock records, tax information, or other business records generated by the App will always be accurate or suitable for your particular business or legal requirements.

You are responsible for reviewing your business records before relying on them.

The App does not provide legal, accounting, tax, financial, or professional advice.

You are responsible for ensuring that your invoices, taxes, GST/VAT information, and other business activities comply with the laws and regulations applicable to your business and location.

9. Availability and Changes to the Service

We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the App or Service from time to time.

Features may be added, changed, or removed as the App develops.

Although we aim to keep the Service reliable, we do not guarantee that the App will always be available, uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with every device or operating system.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the App and Service are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis.

We do not guarantee that the App will be completely free from errors, interruptions, security issues, or data loss.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any rights or protections that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable law.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, JM MOBILE and its developer shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or business losses arising from the use of, or inability to use, the App.

This may include loss of business revenue, profits, business opportunities, or data resulting from circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude liability that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.

12. Privacy

Your use of the App is also subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, store, share, retain, and delete information.

13. Intellectual Property

The Mobile Shop Manager App, including its software, design, branding, graphics, and other original content, is owned by or licensed to JM MOBILE and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may use the App for its intended business purposes, but you may not copy, reproduce, redistribute, or commercially exploit the App or its proprietary components without appropriate authorization, except where permitted by applicable law.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time.

When we make significant changes, we may update the Effective Date and, where appropriate, provide additional notice through the App or other reasonable means.

Your continued use of the App after the updated Terms become effective means that you accept the revised Terms.

15. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
